Absecon, NJ, man found guilty of driving while suspended for prior DUIs
An Absecon man has been found guilty of driving while his license was suspended for prior DUIs.
Thomas J. Fox III of Absecon, NJ, Found Guilty
According to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office, following a two-day trial, 60-year-old Thomas J. Fox III was found guilty on both counts of a two-count indictment for fourth-degree driving during license suspension for prior DUIs.
Authorities say on Valentine's Day 2018, a Galloway Township police officer conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 50.
The vehicle was driven by Fox and during the stop, he could not produce a valid driver's license.
A check of his name revealed that he had a suspended license for at least two prior DUIs.
Fox was subsequently charged by the Galloway Township Police Department and later indicted by the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
What's Next
He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 20th.
