New Movies Announced for Sea Isle City Under The Lights Series

One of the highlights of the summer season at the Jersey Shore is the numerous events and activities for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Each year from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, everyone from South Jersey locals to regional vacationers visit the Shore Towns for summer fun.

Located off Garden State Parkway Exit 17, Sea Isle City is one of the popular Coastal Communities in South Jersey. From Eagles Legend Jason Kelce to Phillies Slugger Kyle Schwarber to the annual Mike's Seafood Run-Walk for Autism, Sea Isle City has carved out its own unique brand of Jersey Shore Town compared to its neighbors.

While South Jersey continues to wait for the icy tundra to defrost around the area, Sea Isle City has announced their Summer Movies Lineup for 2026

Each summer, Excursion Park hosts a weekly series of movies during the summer months that are family-friendly. Located where JFK Boulevard meets Pleasure Avenue and the Promenade, the large park area is setup for attendees to bring their own chairs and beach towels to ensure everyone has somewhere to sit while watching the movie.

According to a social media post from Sea Isle City Tourism, the schedule will feature 10 movies ranging from Superhero Action to Disney Movies to Pop-culture classics. Here is the full schedule for Sea Isle City's Summer Movies Under the Stars Lineup for 2026:

July 1st - Captain America: The First Avenger
July 8th - The Spongebob Movie
July 15th - Minecraft Movie
July 22nd - Elf
July 29th - Bad Guys 2
August 5th - Lilo and Stitch
August 12th - How to Train Your Dragon
August 19th - Zootopia 2
August 26th - Super Mario Galaxy Movie
September 2nd - Moana 2
