Want to own a hoagie shop? A sandwich chain based in New Jersey is interested in opening more franchises in South Jersey and has its eye on five possible towns.

PrimoHoagies is also aggressively expanding nationally with 70 locations in development.

Earlier this year, PrimoHoagies CEO Nicholas Papanier, Jr. told the Philadelphia Business Journal he was interested in opening more stores in South Jersey and named Margate, Ventnor, Brigantine, Cape May Court House, and Cape May as possible sites for new franchises.

What Does it Cost to Open a PrimoHoagies Franchise?

According to the PrimoHoagies website, the typical franchise fees are between $15,000 and $40,000 depending on the number of stores, with a royalty fee of 6%, and a 2.5% advertising fee.

You must have a minimum net worth of $425,000 and be ready to invest between $350,000 to $759,500 depending on the number of locations you sign on for.

In an attempt to attract more franchisees this year, PrimoHoagies is offering a 50% reduction in fees for deals finalized by November 30th of this year.
