I remember growing up one of my favorite quick pasta dishes was simply rigitoni with butter and parmesan cheese. Easy to make and always delicious. Now I gotta watch those carbs lol so not doing bowls of pasta every day!

For us here in New Jersey, when it comes to the best bowl of pasta in the Garden State you have to travel to Bergen County. According to Lovefood, Paisano's is the place to go in Rutherford ( 132 Park Ave, Rutherford, NJ 07070 ). "Offering a range of northern and southern Italian dishes, Paisano's always serves up something delicious. The standout, however, is the pappardelle rustica. The pasta is light and perfectly al dente, while the hearty old-style bolognese sauce with a touch of cream has a wonderful depth of flavor. It's the ultimate comfort food."
