Out of State Plates - New Yorkers, and residents of Pennsylvania who are lucky enough to own a Jersey Shore summer home, are making their way here to "open" their Shore home.

Buds - I'm not much of a horticulturist, but I know some trees and some plants are growing something that's going to turn into a leaf or flower.
Activity at Seasonal Stores - They may not be open yet, but there is enough activity to know they're preparing for a new season.
