It wasn't that long ago that this Louisiana-based chain made its New Jersey debut, and it was certainly the talk of the town.

I remember when it opened, not too far from where I live. There was a lot of hype around it, people lining up, talking about how good it was, and how excited they were to go back.

Now the buzz continues to grow as it expands across the Garden State, with a new location on the way in Middlesex County.

There are already spots in Burlington, Cherry Hill, Deptford, Edison, Fairfield, Glassboro, Marlton, and Turnersville, plus another one opening in Brick.

Known for their delicious chicken fingers and dipping sauces, Raising Cane's continues to expand with a new location coming to New Jersey.

Raising Cane's Plans New Drive-thru In New Brunswick

Plans for this newest location, opening in New Brunswick, were recently approved by the town’s zoning board.

It'll be located at Route 18 and Cindy Way and will have "dual drive-through lanes," according to NJ.com.

Excitement Builds As Raising Cane's Expands Across New Jersey

It's exciting to see that this popular chain continues to grow. 

I recently went for the first time and can see why it has such a big fan club. There was definitely a cool vibe if you dined in, and for me, it wasn't so much the chicken fingers. Yes, they were good, but what I really loved was the dipping sauce and the Texas Toast!

I'm sure we'll be hearing about even more locations coming soon.
