It's in such a great location, and every time I would drive past it, I wondered what would eventually take its place. It's always sad to drive around and see vacant buildings, empty restaurants, and businesses that were once thriving, so it's nice to see the property getting a new purpose instead of just sitting empty.

But it will take some getting used to, driving in that area and not seeing that red, stainless-steel diner anymore. It was a staple along Route 38 at the corner of Cooper Landing Road for nearly six decades.
