As authorities and commuters continue to deal with the fallout of the collapse of a portion of northbound I-95 in Philadelphia, the remains of a human body have reportedly been discovered there.

The not-yet-identified remains could be that of the driver of the tanker truck that caught fire underneath a section of the roadway, but that has not been confirmed, according to

The devastating fire reportedly began near New State Road in the Tacony section of the city Sunday morning.

The truck's driver Nathanial Moody has yet to be found, according to 6abc, which is why family members believe the remains discovered today are his.

Moody worked for a trucking company in Pennsauken. The vehicle reportedly contained 8,500 gallons of 87-octane fuel when it caught fire.

Also today, P.A. state Governor Shapiro declared that area of I-95 near the Cottman Ave. exit a disaster area, reports.

With the collapse of this northbound section of I-95 gone and repairs expected to take months, traffic will be detoured. Drivers going north will be dumped off at Aramingo Avenue, while those travelling southbound will be routed off the Cottman Avenue exit.
