Holiday Shopping at Tanger Outlets, The Walk [PHOTOS]

Heather DeLuca and SoJO on the Go continued black Friday shopping through the weekend at Tanger Outlets, The Walk in Atlantic City.  The outlets are open for business after Hurricane Sandy.  Shoppers were able to enter to win a $100 Tanger Outlets gift card every 30 minutes!  Check out the pics from the shopping fun!
