Galloway Township Police report that Sydney Polk has been found and was safely reunited with her family.

Galloway Township Police have asked for your help finding a 16-year-old girl who has been missing since Monday, Nov. 1st.

According to police, Sydney Polk, a student at Atlantic County Institute of Technology never returned from school on Monday. Nov. 1. She was expected home that day at 3:30 pm.

Sydney Polk was last seen wearing a white, hooded sweatshirt with grey sweatpants with "ROTC" printed on them, and, possibly wearing Crocs or Uggs.

She is known to frequent Atlantic City where she has a boyfriend known only as "Tamaj" who lives in the Carver Hall Apartments on  South Carolina Ave. in Atlantic City.

Polk is described as a Black teen with a light brown complexion, 5"2' tall, 132 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Galloway Police ask that you contact them immediately if you see her or have any information concerning her.

No information has been given about why so much time passed before it became public that Polk was missing.
