There are so many sites telling us how to burn calories or watch your weight on Thanksgiving. Personally, I would much rather do the opposite because a girl loves to eat.

I LOVE FOOD. Thanksgiving is the one day it is socially acceptable to stuff your face as much food as possible without any judgment...unless you visit those sites that tell you how to watch your weight on this beautiful holiday.

Now, there is nothing wrong with dieting or watching what you eat. But, it's also okay to stuff your face without feeling guilty! You only live once, and there's always tomorrow.

SO. With that being said, here are MY seven steps to eating to the point of no return on Thanksgiving:
