We've already had a doozy of a storm blow through here, and summer's only half-way over!

The Old Farmer's Almanac predicts the Atlantic Corridor will see a few storms yet this month, as well as hurricane risk early in August followed by thunderstorms and scattered thunderstorms throughout the rest of the month.

Strong winds and heavy rain can wreak havoc on your roof and siding, especially if something already is loose or damaged. No one wants to discover they have a leaky roof in the middle of a major storm, but if you're like me, you probably can't see most of your roof from the ground and you may not know what to look for anyway.

That's why I suggest giving my friends over at East Coast Roofing, Siding & Windows a call. They can do a free inspection to look out for any loose or damaged shingles, gutters and siding before the next big storm hits. (They also remind us all to secure any patio furniture or lawn ornaments — like umbrellas — before storms so they don’t go flying against your siding and risk damage during bad weather.)

East Coast Roofing, Siding & Windows truly is one of the most trusted names in South Jersey for more than 30 years. If you call, they’ll show up. So if you need to upgrade your home's exterior this summer, set up your free estimate at eastcoastroofing.com or by calling (609) 646-1444.
