A fire in Pennsauken, Camden County over the weekend sent a family home up in flames.

Firefighters responded to a blaze on Toms Ave. around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Fire was reportedly raging through windows from the second story of the home.

We don't know if anyone was home at the time of the fire but, thankfully, no one was injured, according to 6abc.com.

An investigation into what caused the fire is underway, but there is extensive damage to the home.

It's an awful and heartbreaking experience for anyone to lose their home to a fire, but especially this time of year. My heart goes out to those who live in this Pennsauken home, as their lives won't be easy this holiday season. I hope the community comes together to support them.
