Why South Jersey can't be classified as a "no kill zone" for abandoned pets and rescues is beyond my comprehension as a human being with a soul...but It's up to the goodness of South Jersey residents to make a change and stop innocent fur babies from being euthanized. In which case, The Cumberland County Second Chances Shelter for Animals in Need is literally begging for help in finding two dogs a home.

I didn't even know what a "time-stamp" was until I read the comments...and I wish I didn't. If you've been considering a pet for the family NOW is the time!
