Cruel Mom Plays Horrible Joke on Baby [VIDEO]

Most people enjoy a good scare on Halloween, unless you're a TODDLER. In this video, a woman forces her little girl to walk up to a huge fake spider, which then pops out and scares the crap out of her. Something tells me that this kid has quite the case of arachnophobia.

Jimmy Kimmel recently continued an ongoing bit where parents video their kids reactions after telling them that they had eaten all of their candy. That is harmless, and funny. This is Mom of the Year deserves to be featured in a video titled "B**** of a Mom."
