Driver Parks His Car Illegally and Gets the Ultimate Punishment [VIDEO]

It always irritates me when I see someone park in a handicapped spot and their not even handicapped.  Sure, they can get a ticket or even towed, but I also feel like that doesn't do enough.  This prank, however, is priceless!!  (And sticky)

Someone decided to cover a driver's entire car with blue and white Post-It notes, with the white ones in the shape of a handicapped logo! I'm not sure which is worst, the Post-It notes, or everybody watching!
