Could Christmas Light Make a Comeback in South Jersey to Spread Cheer?
Our world has suddenly gotten very small because of the spread of coronavirus. I find myself looking for the bright spots. But could those bright spots be the return of Christmas lights in South Jersey?
I heard my friends Dennis & Judi up at our sister station New Jersey 101.5 talking about how a few houses in Lacey Twp. have begun stringing up lights as a way of spreading cheer to the community.
At first the idea gave me pause, like, 'oh the lazy people who never took their Xmas lights down are just looking for an excuse to turn them on'. But the more I think about it, it seems like such a positive gesture, a sign of solidarity while we're all social distancing.
So, I'm curious. Would you put your Christmas lights back up and join this movement? Take my poll below.
