Cops: Two Juveniles Identified in Gloucester County, NJ, Graffiti Spree
Cops in one Gloucester County township say two juveniles have been identified in a recent graffiti spree.
The Monroe Township Police Department says, "Sadly, you may have noticed the graffiti along the South Main Street area of [Williamstown] this week. It appears the vandalism is scattered in other parts of town too."
Most of the damage appears to be on public property but some private buildings and walls were tagged.
According to authorities, two juveniles have been identified behind the "Big C," "Ink," and "F12" marks and were brought into police headquarters on Friday. They say juvenile petitions are being generated and referred to family court for further action.
Officials are asking any victimized property owners to contact police and report the vandalism by calling (856) 728-0800.
