Clever, Yet Disgusting Way Wildwood, NJ Amusement Park is Scouting Summer Workers
One of the Jersey Shore's most popular attractions is staffing up for summer, and they've gone with a clever, yet disgusting plan.
Last summer, Morey's Piers (out of Wildwood) put up eye-catching, sarcastic billboards around South Jersey scouting for summer help.
They've used the name of one of the most famous, most successful Millennials to attract attention. The filthy rich, youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Kylie Jenner.
It was a smart idea. This summer, the Wildwood amusement park has gotten even more creative with its recruiting strategy. And although I think it's kind of a gross idea, I also think Morey's advertising honcho deserves a raise, lol.
Next time you get into your car and think, 'Aw crap! A bird crapped on my windshield!', look again. It might just be a prop in Morey's summer recruitment campaign.
Morey's is reportedly putting vinyl clings that look like seagull droppings on car windows that include a scannable QR code leading people to the attraction's summer job opportunities. They're hoping prospects 16 and over will use it to apply for work.
It's disgusting, yes, but MAN, does Morey's know their audience or WHAT?!
Have YOU been splatted? Let us know!
FYI, the seagull dropping sticker is reportedly a nod to Morey's Piers 'Sunny Seagull' game.
If you'd like to apply to work at Morey's Piers, you can just click here and apply the old-fashioned way, lol.
