Can You Help? Camden County, NJ, Cops Searching for Two Missing Kids
UPDATE: Authorities say both juveniles were found safe Wednesday afternoon. Our original report is below.
Cops in Camden County are asking for your help locating two missing juveniles.
Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill Mayer says 13-year-old Leonard Hicks of Sicklerville was reported missing by his family on Tuesday. Detectives say they found a note at his home on the 600 block of Tara Drive saying he was running away.
Hicks is African American, 5’ 4” tall, 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on a doorbell camera leaving his home at approximately 5:00 Tuesday evening, October 19th, wearing a black shirt, black shorts, black socks, no shoes, and carrying a black backpack full of clothes. Hicks is known to frequent Gloucester Township, Pine Hill, and Winslow Township.
Meanwhile, cops are also searching for 13-year-old Jaleel Reddick of Blackwood, who was reported missing early this morning and is believed to be with Hicks.
Reddick is African American, 5’ 5” tall, with a skinny build and medium to dark complexion. He was last seen around 3:00 Tuesday afternoon wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants, and black sneakers.
