Hope your knowledge of South Jersey geography and landmarks are strong.

South Jersey is home to many, many famous landmarks like Lucy the Elephant or the Absecon Lighthouse. And then of course there are lesser-known ones as well.

There are too many to count but I recently found one that I just fell in love with. But do you know what it is? Let's have some fun, shall we?

Here is a picture of a landmark in South Jersey.

Got a good look at it? Do you know what it is?

I'll give you a hint: Think Gloucester County.

Have you got it?

Time's up!

If you guessed the James and Ann Whitall House at the Red Bank Battlefield Park then you are correct!

The house was built on a 400 acre plantation along the Delaware River back in the mid-1700s by James and Ann Whitall. It was later used a field hospital during the American Revolution.

If you love New Jersey history, the American Revolution, or just like visiting new places you should definitely give this place a go. More information can be found here.

The more you know!
