Bridgeton Woman Suing Wawa After Finding Metal Screw in Drink

Wawa is currently under fire at one of their Cumberland County locations after a lawsuit was brought against them for negligence in reference to their fountain sodas.

NJ.com reports that Nikkia Dubose of Bridgeton is suing the Wawa on Route 77 after a metal screw that was reportedly in her fountain drink caused damage to her mouth. The lawsuit claims Dubose suffered permanent injuries including some to her teeth.

The suit declares, according to NJ.com, negligence on Wawa's part regarding some of their safety policies.
