The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on the retail industry as stores closing their doors for good have become the new normal ion 2020.

New Jersey-based Bed Bath & Beyond announced that 200 locations will shut down for good in the next two years according to a report from USA Today. Over 800 Bed Bath & Beyond locations were temporally closed in mid-March at the start of the coronavirus pandemic. Sales plummeted almost 50% due to the virus.

Bed Bath & Beyond has 955 locations including 38 stores in the Garden State. South Jersey locations include Mays Landing, Rio Grande, Deptford, Hamilton, Mount Laurel, Marlton and Vineland.

No word yet on which Bed Bath & Beyond locations will close over the next couple of years.
