Born and raised in New Jersey, I'm definitely a Jersey Girl. I even have the big hair to prove it! Through my years at New Jersey 101.5, I've held various roles in the newsroom, including as the department's assignment editor and assistant news director. In my current role as the news director, I help determine the stories that I think will be the most impactful to our listening and reading audience while always remembering to follow what our station was founded on "Not New York, Not Philadelphia ... New Jersey 101.5." Under my leadership, the station won its first National Murrow Award for Newscast from the Radio Television Digital News Association in 2022. Most importantly, I'm always looking to hear from the people that live and work in New Jersey. If you have a story you think our award-winning journalists should pursue, please email me at annette.petriccione@townsquaremedia.com.
