AC Heroin Dealer With Gator Pleads Guilty To Selling Fatal Dose
Jamal Campos, 25, on Tuesday pleaded guilty after admitting he sold heroin that killed a man back in 2016.
The victim, Adam O'Gara, died from both heroin and fentanyl after a conclusion by the medical examiner on April 22, 2016, and Campos had been indicted on charges of distributing each. After an investigation of the death Campos was shortly arrested last year at the Bayview Inn & Suites in Atlantic City.
Campos has since pleaded guilty to the charges.
Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner said Campos will be sentenced on June 21st for pleading guilty to being the leader of a narcotics trafficking network and for strict liability for a drug-induced death.
The arrest of Campos yielded in drugs, cash, Airsoft guns seven dogs, and an alligator all from the property (you read that right).
Since the bust the property now faces an impeding demolition.
