5 New Jersey Festivals to Put on Your Calendar in May

I love spring festival season! The warmer, sunnier weather beckons strolling (and trolling) for hand crafted goodies and food. And maybe a touch of wine and music along the way! Here are some local festivals coming up this month.

MAYFEST - Smithville
Sat. May 14th & Sun. May 15th 10a til 5p -- Village Greene at Smithville.
It's the annual MAYFEST celebration featuring over 100 crafters and food vendors, plus music in the charming setting of Historic Smithville! This event is a must!

UNCORK Spring at Liberty Lake - Bordentown
Sat. May 14th & Sun. May 15th noon til 5p -- Liberty Lake
“UNCORK Spring at Liberty Lake” will feature some of South Jersey’s best wineries including: Coda Rossa Winery, DiMatteo Vineyards, Plagido’s Winery, Sharrott Winery, Southwind Vineyard, Valenzano Winery, Villari Vineyards and Wagonhouse Winery. For tickets click here.

SID Boardwalk Craft Show - Wildwood
Sat. May 28th & Sun. May 29th, Wildwood Boardwalk
This craft show is located directly on the world famous Wildwood boardwalk. The show overlooks the biggest beach on the east coast.

May Fair - Collingswood
Sat. May 28th, Haddon Avenue
Collingswood will be bursting with art, music and activities for all ages during the 37th Annual May Fair. What began in 1979 as a small “clothesline art exhibit” now encompasses more than a mile of the business district along Haddon Ave. from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
