The Spice Girls are talking reunion for the 2012 Summer Olympics Opening Ceremony in London.  Love me some SpiceWorld, but been there, done that.  Here are 5 groups that I'd like to see come together instead.

1.  NSYNC--Justin Timberlake isn't making any new solo music lately, so what would be the harm in throwing JC, Lance, Chris, and Joey a bone?  Stadium crowds would sell out for this reunion faster than you can say 'Bye Bye Bye'

2.  Fleetwood Mac--Yes, 4 of the original band members still make the rounds.  But the harmonies just aren't the same without resident ivory tickler Christine McVee.  Fleetwood Mac's set list could badly use a 'Songbird' or two.  I won't see them again until she returns.

3.  Pink Floyd--They are literally a dying bread.  Rick Wright will no longer stand on stage with his counterparts, so all the more reason for the urgency.  David Gilmour and Roger Waters need to hash out their creative differences over a bottle of scotch and call it a day.  We're waiting.  Don't let pride get in the way before its too late.

4.  Destiny's Child--Now that Beyonce's had one, I'd like to see her go from baby rearing to reunion rehearsals.  No, she doesn't need Michelle and Kelly, but they sure need her.  And we need all three.  Shouting 'Survivor' just isn't the same solo.

5.  Guns N Roses--The jungle will never be as fierce if Slash and Axl can't see eye to eye.  GNR is the sum of their parts.  Better together than apart.  Eventually Rose will get exhausted by his own arrogance.  Hopefully long enough to let by gones be just that, and ditch that Buckethead for the real deal.
