Jack Allard's test, apparently, was lost. The man's mother, Genny Allard, told an ABC affiliate news station in North Jersey that she doesn't understand why professional basketball players are getting their tests back quicker than her son is when he's the one in critical condition.

The 25-year-old came down with a fever. Then, when the lab lost the COVID-19 test, it set everything back for his progress back five days. He's now been approved for the use of a drug normally used to treat malaria.
