2022 has been no exception, but this time around, the name that tops the list in the Garden State is a name you may not have heard of. So, who is the new pizza champion in New Jersey according to Reader's Digest?

The spotlight falls on a pizza place nestled in lovely Jackson, and even though the name doesn't scream New Jersey, the pizza really does.

The name of the place that this national website chose as New Jersey's best pizza is Brooklyn Square Pizza. Now doesn't that just sound delicious?

Here's even more great news. There are actually three locations of Brooklyn Square pizza in New Jersey. The other two are in Toms River and Manalapan. That's three chances to try the best.

Reader's Digest just raves about all the delicious sauce on that pie. The recipe from that sauce was the actual one that belonged to the owner's grandmother.
