Win a Free Wedding -- Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. The contest is open to any person 18 years of age and older, who is a New Jersey resident with a valid ID. Out of state entrants are not permitted. Anyone who enters or participates in this contest is subject to and agrees to abide by the official rules as stated. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Void where prohibited.

2. HOW TO QUALIFY: Go online at www.sojo1049.com and upload a photo of you and your fiance using the form Win Your Wedding at The Mansion in Voorhees. Then meet us out at the Mansion for our Grand Prize Party and live broadcast from 11AM – 2PM on Saturday, February 18, 2017 to hear if your entry is randomly chosen as the winner. All qualifiers must be present at by 1:30PM to complete entry qualification for the grand prize of a $10,000 reception from The Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees including a 3-course complete meal reception for 75 guests, Photographer, Videographer, Photo Booth, Limo, Tuxes, Wedding cake and DJ. *Excludes Alcohol, and the following Months: May, June, September and October.Contestants who have already booked/contracted to have their wedding at The Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees will not be eligible to win the 2017 SoJO 104.9 Dream Wedding. Contestants cannot be under contract with any other reception facility in New Jersey. Winner is responsible to pay any applicable sales tax. SoJO 104.9 will conduct the contest beginning on or around 01/20/17 – 02/14/17.

3. GRAND PRIZE: Contest can be entered on line at www.sojo1049.com beginning around 01/20/17 through the end of contest. All couples that upload their photo will qualify for the Win a Free Wedding that will be awarded on site at The Mansion on Main Street on Saturday, February 18, 2017. Qualifiers must be present by 1:30PM day of grand prize giveaway to have a chance to “Win a Free Wedding”. No substitutions. Prize is non-transferable and can only be awarded to qualified contestant. Grand Prize includes a $10,000 wedding package from The Mansion on Main Street.

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event that there is an EAS Alert or technical problem with the telephones or equipment etc. beyond WSJO-FM SoJO’s control during the contest, the contest will cease at that moment and all parties on the line will be disconnected. The contest will resume after the telephone problem has been corrected. The contest will resume after the telephone, EAS or technical problem has been corrected.

5. RESTRICTIONS: Employees of WSJO-FM SoJO 104.9, employees of third party Win Your Wedding partners, employees of other radio stations in New Jersey, and their immediate families may not participate and are not eligible to win. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. Persons who have won another contest of any kind from WSJO-FM SoJO 104.9 in the past 30 calendar days before the contest are ineligible to win. WSJO-FM SoJO 104.9 winners can only win once during the duration of this contest. Only one winner per household. All winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes including state, local, and federal and therefore must present a valid Social Security Card before claiming their prize. As a grand prize winner, you acknowledge that WSJO-FM SoJO 104.9 has the right to, without further authorization, publicize your name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and the fact that you are a winner for promotional purposes without financial compensation.

6. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: This prize is non-transferable. No substitution for prizes. Alternate winner(s) will not be selected. WSJO-FM SoJO 104.9 reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time and reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest date(s) without notice. The decision of WSJO-FM SoJO 104.9 management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official rules. If the winner is found in violation of these rules he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize. WSJO-FM SoJO 104.9 their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of this prize. WSJO-FM SoJO 104.9, their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any changes or difficulties in travel or prize delivery. Prize has no cash value. Prize is non-transferable. Recipient is responsible for Sales Tax.

7. GENERAL & PRIZE STRUCTURE: One winner per household for the duration of the contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of listeners registering on-line. The prize does not cover any other expenses, including but not limited to tax.

8. RULES AND WINNER'S LIST. Copies of these rules are available (a) at the Station's offices, 950 Tilton Road, Suite 200, Northfield, NJ 08225 during regular business hours; (b) by sending a request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to the Station at the above-listed address. A winner's list will be available at the Station for approximately 60 days after the conclusion of the Contest and can be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Station at the above listed address.
