An 18-year-old Atlantic City woman was shot and killed Wednesday night.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner says Atlantic City Police received a 911 call just after 10pm. When they arrived at an apartment at 829 N Pennsylvania Avenue, they found 18 year-old Katusca Nobles suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Nobles was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, where she was pronounced dead.

An investigation is underway. No suspect has been named in the incident.
