August has arrived, and that means Jersey peaches are at their peek sweetness!  But they're not just for eating whole, try grilling them for this amazing and heart take on salad.I found this great idea for peaches on one of my favorite websites  I like the idea of turning something so sweet into something that's also savory.

Grilled Peaches and Prosciutto Salad



Step 1:  cut peaches in half and remove pits, then lightly brush with olive oil





Step 2:  grill over medium heat or until the flesh becomes golden brown





Step 3:  wrap in thinly sliced prosciutto, sprinkle with a dash of sea salt, top with arugula, zest a bit of lemon over the top, lightly drizzle balsamic vinegar and enjoy
