A hearing will be held today in Avalon over beach access rules. That being said, what are the overall rules of the South Jersey Beach?
Thou shall not throw your sandwich crust on me?
Feed the seagulls 10 ft from me?
How about your music?
How about your metal detector? Could you not point it toward my “you know what”?
