Ryan Seacrest's live Academy Awards red carpet broadcast on the E! Network was hilariously interrupted by Sacha Baren Cohen's arrival in-character as 'The Dictator'. Sure, he only dumped an urn of faux ashes all over the media mogul (word today is Seacrest is looking into pressing charges for the prank), but it was Oscar's most jaw-droppingly embarrassing moment of the night. Seacrest himself says he commissioned the exchange but got more than he bargained for when his designer tuxedo was unexpectedly tarnished by Cohen's Admiral Aladeen.
