Christina Grimmie had a very intense night last night.  The 20-year old Marlton, New Jersey native waited nearly the entire episode of NBC's The Voice to hear if she'd stay alive in the competition and move onto the Top 3.  And the outcome was in her favor.

Grimmie, a Cherokee High School graduate, moved with her mom to Los Angeles a few years ago to pursue her dream of singing stardom.  She landed on The Voice, mentored by Adam Levine (jealous!!!!).  Now in the Top 3, Christina is Team Adam's only remaining contestant.

Friends and family in Marlton watched and waited to see if their hometown girl would continue on.  Now Grimmie has a one in three chance of becoming the reality talent competition's next champion.

Next week, she'll go up against Jake Worthington of Team Blake, and Josh Kaufman of Team Usher.
