Let's just say the guys from The Big Bang Theory were in New Jersey this weekend ....... They'd probably be embracing Comic Book heroes on the movie screen, and a stay in Cherry Hill to further debate which was the best Star Trek series ever.

Sheldon, Leonard, Howard and Raj probably would have caught a Midnight screening of The Avengers (which opened across the country with about $19 Million at the box office).  I know, I know, the Big Bang crew gravitates more towards The Flash and Green Lantern.

After that film, and a little sleep, the boys would probably find themselves at The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Cherry Hill for the Northeast's only official Star Trek Convention.  They would be surrounded by thousands of Trekkies for what will be a weekend of celebrating everything Enterprise (from skits to collectables and cocktail parties), and autographs from cast members of Star Trek: The Next Generation.

You know Sheldon once idolized fictional prodigy Wesley Crusher from TNG, and once again his heart would be broken to know that actor Will Wheaton ("Stand By Me") will not be in Cherry Hill this weekend, but the one and only Capt. Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart), Commander Riker (Johnathan Frakes), La Forge (Levar Burton), and Data (Brent Spiner) will be a part of this special weekend.

To be a part of the 25th Anniversary celebration of Star Trek: TNG this weekend, you can buy your tickets at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Cherry Hill for whichever day you want to attend.  A schedule of events is available by clicking here.

Throw in some Indiana Jones on Blu-Ray, and you have Sheldon Cooper's "Dream Weekend"!  Now, Live Long and Prosper!
