It was tension from the word go when American Idol Season 12 premiered Wednesday night on FOX. Much has been made about the catty relationship between judges Mariah carey and Nicki Minaj and the proof was in the footage.
Scuffle rumors were proven when Nicki refused to put up with couldn’t Mimi’s divaliciousness. They argued about Nicki’s wardrobe choices, the lighting setup, who was supposed to speak first, and more. But when Mariah touted the success of her own classic Christmas track ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’, Minaj had enough.
