Is MTV Bringing Back Music Videos Full Time?

Are we finally going to get our MTV........again?

Sort of.

MTV will be airing a "Music Independence Day" on the 4'th of July, airing music content, including videos and performances in all genres of music from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Did your head just explode? Cool, we just became friends.

Granted, it's only for a limited time, but hopefully the ratings will be decent enough to end shows like 'Teen Mom', and bring MTV back to the cool factor it once was.
