Galloway Township singer Mara Justine, who made the finals of America's Got Talent as an 11-year-old, will audition for ABC's reboot of American Idol during its premiere night, March 11.

Mara is 15 now and a student at Absegami High School. She has continued to perform since catching the public's eye while making it to the final round on America's Got Talent in 2014. She also remains a student of famed Linwood- based vocal coach Sal Dupree, who has landed several of his other students auditions on Idol and other singing compositions over the years.

Mara posted on social media Tuesday that she had auditioned for American Idol and that the segment would be shown on the show's premiere night on ABC.

GUYS! BIG NEWS! I AUDITIONED FOR AMERICAN IDOL!!!!!!!!! TUNE IN MARCH 11TH ON ABC 8/7C TO SEE IF I MADE IT OR NOT! Please keep me in your prayers everyone! I love you dearly with all of my heart! Every single one of you have been with me since day one and I can’t thank you enough for all of your love and support! Have a beautiful day everybody! ~ Mara ❤️❤️❤️

In keeping with the confidentiality agreement, Mara's not allowed to say how the audition went, but I've got a good feeling about it. She is really talented!

Here she is singing the song "Fall for You" on her YouTube channel, which has over 12,000 subscribers.
