8th Annual City-wide Cleanup Day

Egg Harbor City is planning their eighth annual city-wide Clean-Up Day on Saturday, May 2nd, 2015 from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. Rain OR Shine. Residents, church groups, organizations, clubs and businesses are being asked to participate by cleaning up litter and recycles on streets, roads, avenues, terraces and creeks throughout the city. Following the clean-up at 11:00 a.m., all volunteers are invited to the Lake pavilion for a FREE Community BBQ provided by the ACUA.

All churches, schools, civic groups, sports teams, sports organizations and Boy/Girl/Cub Scouts can enter into a drawing to win one of EIGHT CASH AWARD of $250.00 on the day of the event! Also, participants can obtain a certificate for 6 hours of community service. Just return your grabbers to the Lake pavilion at 11:00 a.m. to receive your entry form and certificate. *Drawing will be around 12:00 p.m.

Pick up trash bags, recycle bags, gloves, litter grabbers and a FREE ACUA t-shirt at the Egg Harbor City Fire House on Philadelphia Ave. at 8:00 a.m.
