Dad of the Year Dresses Up Like Spiderman to Surprise 5-Year Old Battling Cancer [VIDEO]

Today we have so much to be thankful for.  I'm thankful for Dads like this 'Spider-Dad' that lead by example.

The 5-year old boy you see in this video is battling at stage 4 brain stem tumor.  The boy's Dad wanted to do something unforgettable for his birthday.  A dad dressed up like Spider-Man is one thing, but to dress up AND have an entrance like he did is unforgettable.  Check it out!
