A Cherry Hill parent is among a growing trend, and now he's using YouTube to shine light on a troubling issue. Stuart Chaifetz's 10-year-old autistic son, Akian, was having some troubles at Horace Mann Elementary School.  Stuart was being told that Akian was violent and throwing chairs. But Stuart says that's out-of-character for his son.

So, Stuart Chaifetz decided to investigate.  He wired his son with a secret recording device -- and the results will disturb you.

Stuart discovered that it was Akian's teacher that had been bullying him. In one of the recordings you can even hear the teacher say, “Go ahead and scream because guess what? You’re going to get nothing… until your mouth is shut.”

The school district has reacted by moving the teacher to the high school, according to documents obtained by Townsquare Media. Across the country, there have been at least nine similar cases reported since 2003.
