A new attraction is coming to the Cape May County Park and Zoo, and I'm very excited (and terrified).

For anybody who is feeling adventurous, a new zip line will indeed be added to the zoo very soon.  Even though I'm terrified of heights, the thrill of looking at the animals beneath me has got me pumped up.  Heads up, I will be one of those people who are standing in line, and second guessing whether or not to swing.

Now just for the record, you're not going to be swinging over alligators like Pitfall Harry here.

The reason being is because New Jersey does not allow amusements such as zip lines to cross over open animal exhibits.  But the new zip line could be built adjacent to exhibits to give an eagle’s perspective of its lions, tiger and bears. (Press of Atlantic City).

There is no timeline involving construction, and it's doubtful that the zip line will be ready for use by this summer.  That means I have between now and the next year to make a decision, am I going to be a man and grab the zip line, or am I going to step out of the line at the last minute? Only time will tell.
