Atlantic County Officially Gets FEMA Assistance

Atlantic County has seen the arrival of the National Guard, President Obama, and now financial help for the cleanup.

Word became official on this Halloween that will not be a trick - Atlantic County now has the federal declaration for public and individual assistance from FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency).  Residents and businesses who have been hit from Hurricane Sandy may now apply for uninsured or under-insured losses from this "Super Storm".

Applications are available and can be found online at www.fema.gov or by calling customer service a 1-800-621-FEMA (which is 1-800-621-3662).
