Accident Investigation Closes White Horse Pike In Galloway Today

A fatal accident has closed a stretch of the White Horse Pike in Galloway in both directions while police investigate the crash scene.  The detour affects the area of Route 30  near Pomona Road until 12:30 p.m., according to PressofAtlanticCity.com.

Authorities confirm one person was killed in a head-on collision.  Galloway Township Police say one vehicle involved came from the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office, but that no one in that car was killed.  The cause of the crash is still undetermined.
