Will.i.am to Produce New Britney Spears Album

Will.i.am from the Black Eyed Peas is set to produce the Queen of Pop's 8th studio album. Will mentioned, in an interview with Rolling Stone, that he has been working with Britney for the past few months.  The pair's duet "Scream & Shout" has been charting since the beginning of this year!

"After I did a song on Femme Fatale – 'Big Fat Bass' – and then we did 'Scream & Shout,' she really liked the way we worked because of my approach," Will stated in the interview. "So they asked me to be involved in, not producing and writing every song, but to be an executive producer on the songs."

It's also been rumored that Britney was interested in working with Diplo, but not confirmed.  Let's hope Brit's new album is chock full of radio friendly smash hits, that will  we've grown to love from her!!
