What’s Coming to This Space in Egg Harbor Township?

It looks like another establishment is about to go up in the new Oak Tree Plaza off Fire Road and Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township and, of course, we're wondering what it could be.

First, it was Walmart. Then, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Planet Fitness, and Petco were added, among others. So, is this clearing a restaurant? A bank? Another mattress or wireless store? Maybe it's finally the Panda Express that's been rumored to be joining the complex. If that's the case, I say bring on the veggie fried rice!
