Tuckahoe Couple Stole From Military Donation Bins
This is lower than low. A Cape May County couple are facing charges of stealing a number of items from a donation bin for military veterans.
According to the Press of Atlantic City, James Osborn, 29, and Jessica Osborn, 27, both of Tuckahoe, were charged with theft related offenses as a result of the investigation, State Police said Wednesday.

Among the items recovered during the investigation were pieces of jewelry worth more than $2,000. James Osborn allegedly sold the jewelry to an area pawn shop for $1,250.
State police are trying to find the rightful owners of the jewelry. One piece has "Marie and Tom 6-3-57" engraved on it, and another piece has the date, "4-17-69" engraved."
