The three people that were killed in a crash on the Atlantic City Expressway Sunday afternoon were all in their teens.

According to The Daily Journal, two of the three were brothers -- 15-year-old Emmanuel Crawford and 16-year-old Marcus Crawford; both attended Pennsauken High School. The third person who was killed has been identified as 19-year-old Maryha Toro of Philadelphia.

The car was being driven by a third brother, 19-year-old Nijul Crawford of Philadelphia; he was taken to an area hospital with what were described as moderate injuries.

According to WCAU-TV, the crash occurred around 3:10 Sunday afternoon near mile marker 23.2 eastbound, near Hammonton, on the Expressway. A vehicle went off the road and overturned. The road was closed for almost six hours while authorities investigated the crash and cleared the scene.
