This New Rejection Hotline Texts Back Guys You Don’t Want to Talk To
Rejoice! There's finally a rejection hotline for those times you gave a guy your number just to get him out of your face in the club or the bar.
You know what I'm talking about. You're at a bar, and suddenly a creepy guy gets in your way refusing to take no for an answer. So, what do you do? You give him your number to make him disappear.
Typically, I've learned to change the area code until guys began requesting to make sure it works, while standing in front of me. Yikes.
We don't have to live that life anymore, thanks to The Mary Sue Rejection Hotline. Here's how it works:
- Give the guy this number: (646) 926-6614
- When they text, they receive this message:
Oh hello there. If you’re hearing this message, you’ve made a woman feel unsafe and/or disrespected. Please learn to take no for an answer and respect women’s emotional and physical autonomy. K THANKKS.
To make this hotline even better: the hotline sends a text out an hour after they "text you" so you're able to get out of there safely.
